Is your hair dry and brittle?
Have you recently experienced hair loss and damage from heat and stressful styles?
Are you thinking about cutting your hair?
Before you chop your hair off I would like to share with you how I’m growing my damaged hair back!
Just recently, I noticed some thinning at the top of my head and I couldn’t figure out for the life of me why my hair was thinning. I hadn’t changed any routines or products, but I did bleach my hair so I figured it had something to do with the bleach, but this was not so.
As days continued my hair would shed and shed and I could tell my hair was going away every time I would come or brush it. This was very frustrating. Being a hairstylist and experiencing hair damage or hair loss is embarrassing and the fact that my hair loss was at the top terrified me.
For 2 weeks straight, I thought about shaving my head, but I didn’t want to lose all the other length and healthy hair I had left so I contacted my doctor for a brief visit to find out that I was experiencing hair loss as a result of side effects from a medicine I had been taking. This gave me great relief in knowing that I didn’t personally damage my hair and I was a wee bit more motivated to try and start growing my hair back.
Grow Your Damaged Hair with the cheapest products EVER!!!
I had the choice of purchasing expensive hair vitamins such as Hairfinity, but my choice was to go old school.
Everyday for the past 2 weeks I’ve used the following 3 products and I am very pleased with my progress so far.
*Softee- thickening growth oil
*Softee- herbal gro maximum strength
*Luster’s- Pink Original
My HairCare Routine
* Spray hair lightly with a water bottle all over and comb through hair
* Apply growth oil in a circular motion to scalp ( heated or non heated)
* Apply herbal grow to scalp and damaged areas ( apply to ends of hair if needed)
* Apply Pink Conditioner all over the hair and edges
Once you’ve done all four steps, use a cushion brush to work the products in.
As of now, this is my routine when I get up in the morning and before I go to bed at night.
For the next 5 months I will be sharing my journey with you of growing my hair back. If you are experiencing problems similar to mine, don’t get frustrated and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON’T CUT YOUR HAIR!
