Nut Glazed Brie Recipe

As we approach the holidays I think of all the seasonal holiday foods I love to prepare and enjoy with family and friends.  Holiday menus are normally the same each year and this year my family and I have decided to try new EATS so today I’m sharing a recipe with you that a friend has shared with me, a Nut Glazed Brie recipe!  This recipe is very easy, quick and simple so if you need a speedy appetizer…look no further!  Ingredients needed for this recipe are:

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup pecans or (nuts of your choice, I like almonds)

1 tablespoon brandy

Brie Cheese (8 oz or 14 oz)


Apple slices

1.  Mix brown sugar, nuts and brandy together.(stir it DO NOT use a mixer)

2.  Place brie cheese in a pan and bake on 400- 425 for about 5 minutes or until the cheese softens in the middle

3.  Spread mixture (#1) on top of the cheese and bake for 5 more minutes but DO NOT MELT THE CHEESE

4.  Grab your crackers and apple slices and DIG IN!!!
