Sept24th-30th (Exercise pack)


It’s been a while since I’ve been on air but I’m here…and I’m glad to be back!!! I’ve missed quite a few days trying to get get myself on track and my gee I think I’ve got it LOL! For the past couple of days I’ve been following a workout on youtube. This workout has enabled me to lose five pounds. Last week I weighed 115 and this week I’m 110. So I’m sure this workout is legit ;). My workouts were deleted because my laptop crashed on me…uggggh. So to finish out the purge and to make sure you guys lose YOUR five pounds I’ve included the video that I followed to achieve my results. Hope this is helpful for you! *new laptop coming asap*
